Common questions
What is break-even ROAS?
It is the return on ad spend where your ads neither make nor lose money. It equals 1 divided by your profit margin. With a 40% margin you need £2.50 back for every £1 spent.
What is a good ROAS for Facebook ads?
Anything above your break-even ROAS is profitable. Many small businesses aim for 1.5x their break-even figure to leave room for refunds and overheads.
What profit margin should I enter?
Use what is left from a sale after product cost, delivery and payment fees — before ad spend.
