Terms of Service
Last updated 31 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Adpilot. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them — they're short.
1. What Adpilot does
Adpilot helps you create, launch, track and improve ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) using your own ad account. Google Ads support is coming soon and is not yet available.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
- Information you give us must be accurate.
3. Free trial and plans
- Every new account gets a 7-day free trial.
- After the trial, plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown on our pricing page (charged in GBP; other currencies shown are estimates).
- Each plan has a limit on the number of campaigns and saved images. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancelling stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid month.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.
4. Ad spend
Your ad spend is charged by Meta directly to your own payment method — never by Adpilot. You set the daily budget for every campaign. We don't guarantee any particular results, sales or return on spend; estimates and recommendations are guidance based on your data.
5. Your responsibilities
- Your ads, images, landing pages and offers must follow the law and Meta's Advertising Standards.
- You must have the rights to any images and text you upload.
- If you add our tracking code to your website, you must show a valid cookie notice and only send data for visitors who consent.
- Don't misuse the service, try to access other accounts, or interfere with how it works.
6. Third-party platforms
Adpilot depends on Meta's services. If Meta rejects an ad, suspends an account or changes its systems, we are not responsible, but we'll explain what happened where we can.
7. Referral programme
Referral rewards (free months or commission) are earned only when a referred person becomes a paying customer. Self-referrals and abuse void rewards. We may change the programme with notice.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or ad spend. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On closure, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions? Contact us from the Support page.
